Digestive Disease Associates (DDA) was formed over 10 years ago when eight independent physicians joined together and merged their practices into one medical group. The group is currently comprised of 15 gastroenterologists and a nurse practitioner who are committed to deliver the highest level of quality care to the patient community.
DDA serves Baltimore City, southwestern Baltimore County and the Howard County communities. Providers work in 4 primary office sites, 7 satellite offices and operate 2 state-of-the-art outpatient endoscopy centers. All DDA physicians are board certified gastroenterologists who specialize in diseases of the digestive tract and liver. The group operates a Research Division participating in clinical studies in the areas of Ulcers, Hepatitis C, Crohn’s Disease and Irritable Bowel Syndrome.
